This website is operated by Charlie Barrett Consulting ("I", "me"). This notice explains what personal information I collect through this site and how I use it.

What I collect

• Contact form: your name, company, email address and message. Submissions are processed by Netlify (my hosting provider) and forwarded to my email.
• Scoping call bookings: handled by Calendly under their own privacy policy. I receive the details you enter when booking.
• This site does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies.

How I use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare for and follow up on calls, and manage any engagement that follows. I do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long I keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email info@charliebarrett.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how I handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
